At the beginning of 2026, the Journal of Islamic Thought and Philosophy decided to increase its publication frequency from twice a year (June and December) to four times a year (March, June, September, and December). This decision was made because many other journals publish irresponsibly, with low quality or even without proper editing. By increasing the number of issues, the journal hopes to provide more opportunities for manuscripts and authors to publish high-quality work, while still considering the authors’ needs to fulfill their academic responsibilities and research reporting.
